The surface must be dry, clean and the temperature is higher than the dew point temperature of 3 ℃ or more; must use supporting special diluent dilution; during application & drying period, the relative humidity should be less 75%; recoating before the previous film 100% dry, if the coating interval is a long time, before painted it’s necessary to polish the surface.
